In June
2000, Kuffel, Klashke & Shea, and McKinlay &
Hultgrenn, merged to form the law firm of Kuffel,
Hultgrenn, Klashke & Shea, LLP. Both long-time Pasco
firms can trace their roots to Horrigan, Merrick,
Peterson & Merrick from the mid-50's.

Mark Kuffel has
been practicing law in Pasco since 1976. His practice
areas emphasize family law, mediation, arbitration, general litigation,
estate planning and probate law. Mark serves as a commissioner on the Pasco/Franklin County
Housing Authority. |

Hultgrenn
 |
Dan Hultgrenn has practiced law
in Pasco since 1974. His practice areas emphasize
business and commercial matters, real estate, estate planning,
trusts and probate, bankruptcy, general litigation, and
municipal law.

Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994 and has practiced law
in Pasco since 1994. His practice areas emphasize
personal injury, general civil litigation, family law, and
misdemeanor criminal matters. Ed serves on the Board of
Governors with the Washington State Bar Association.

Ellerd

Heidi Ellerd
graduated from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001
and has practiced law in Pasco since 2001. She was a
deputy prosecutor for Franklin County from 2001 until January
of 2004, at which time she joined the law firm as an associate attorney. Heidi's practice areas emphasize
family law, business law, bankruptcy, general civil
litigation, and municipal law. |
